Eight Districts Select VeriTime for Time & Attendance in April
Exton, Pa. - April 27, 2011 - In April, eight more school districts chose VeriTime, from the makers of Aesop, as their new time and attendance system.
Big Spring Independent School District and Venus Independent School District in Texas are the most recent districts to select VeriTime, a web-based system that includes both a web clock and electronic timesheets for tracking and reporting on employee time.
Other customers to join in April include Painesville City Schools in Ohio, Coast Unified School District and Ripon Unified School District in California, Mansfield Public Schools in Connecticut, Prairie du Chien School District in Wisconsin, and Maypearl Independent School District in Texas.
Gary Lambert, Educational Technology Coordinator, initiated the discussion and eventual purchase of VeriTime in March at Beekmantown Central School District in New York.
"Our district investigated other systems similar to VeriTime, but all of them relied on proprietary hardware and steep upfront costs," Lambert said. "When I saw that Frontline Technologies was offering the VeriTime product, it was one of the easiest sells I have had in 11 years in the business.
"As a result of implementing VeriTime, the accuracy of our data and the efficiency in reporting will dramatically increase, while our costs to perform these tasks will significantly decrease. Bottom line - if you are a current Aesop customer, why wouldn't you see if VeriTime is right for you, too?"
VeriTime is already integrated with Aesop, making implementation fast and easy for Aesop users. Through an employee web clock and electronic timesheets, VeriTime helps districts eliminate paperwork, easily approve timesheets, comply with FLSA standards, and increase overall efficiency and accuracy in their time-keeping process.
