Michael Blackstone is co-founder of Frontline Technologies and currently serves as Managing Partner. Michael has extensive experience developing businesses from concept to reality, including market analyzation, fund securing, team building, strategic planning and marketing, sales management, and business development. In addition to co-founding Frontline Placement Technologies, Michael also co-founded Thompson Blackstone, Inc. (a technical services and business think-tank company) and CF InFlight, LLP (a specialty camera sports broadcasting company). Before these entrepreneurial ventures, Michael spent 10 years leading marketing and branding strategies for retail, commercial, investment, and trust products in the banking industry.

Roland Thompson is Managing Partner and co-founder of Frontline Technologies, as well as the original concept designer of the Aesop business model. His background includes a mix of entrepreneurism, business analysis, and IT analysis and design. Roland was also the co-founder and CEO of CF InFlight, LLP, which introduced Skycam (www.skycam.tv) to the sports broadcasting world (Skycam is now featured on almost all ESPN NFL broadcasts, including Monday Night Football). Roland has extensive experience analyzing new markets and establishing start-up businesses. Prior to these ventures, Roland spent 10 years building an IT services organization focused on delivering services and software for stock and currency trading applications, as well as developing mobile technology solutions for Fortune 500 companies.

Todd Orlando is the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for the financial planning and management of Frontline Technologies. Todd has 35 years of experience in the financial and operational aspects of businesses. Prior to joining Frontline Placement Technologies, Todd worked at Graco Children's Products as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. Additionally, Todd has extensive background in areas of Operations Accounting, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Process Reengineering.
