In 1998, Frontline Technologies launched into the K-12 market with Aesop, a breakthrough automated substitute placement and absence management system incorporating both the phone and the internet. Since then, Aesop has been adopted by one in five school districts in the U.S. and has expanded into a variety of other industries, including health care, security staffing, live events, manufacturing, and libraries.

Other products include an automatic job-notification service for substitute teachers, called Jobulator, and a time and attendance product, VeriTime, which is integrated seamlessly with Aesop.
